About a week ago, someone posted a link to a site which had tabulated the results of various studies on the effectiveness of early-treatment or prophylactic protocols. I jotted down the alleged effectiveness of some of those OTC products:

Nigella-Sativa (Black Cumin Seed Oil): 84%
Budesonide: 82%
Vitamin D3: 81%
Vitamin A: 79%
Quercetin: 79%
Melatonin: 78%
Zinc: 74%
Curcumin: 71%
Povidone-Iodine: 71%
Vitamin C: 43%
Probiotics: 38%

I am in no position to comment on the quality of the studies, but - if accurate - some combination of these products might have a cumulative effectiveness in excess of 90%, similar to Pfizer's new pill.. But that's just a hopeful guess. .

Just a word of precautions to those with health issues, some natural products can and do cause issues with liver and kidneys. I don’t know about those in your list, but just a reminder to folks, if you have problems with liver or kidney, other issues do some research first on any products before taking them. Natural doesn’t always mean safe. With that in mind though, usually one wou, dhave to take quite a lot of something for it to hurt something like, the liver- even Tylenol can be used by folks with liver issues if not too bad, but over a certain amount, it becomes dangerous to damaged liver

Also, many natural products “boost immune systems” which can be not so good for folks with overactive immune systems, so. E careful if you fall into that category- do research such as say “natural products and herbs and liver damage” or look up specific product and ask a search engine about side effects for folks with health issues.

I'm not vaxxed and caught the Cove. I was already doing vitamin C and zinc. About the second day in, and just thought it was the flu, I started hitting a combination of quercetin, lysine, 3k mg of Vitamin C, vitamins D and K, and extra zinc, along with some Oscicillium, Black Elderberry and Echinacea. Melatonin was taken at night at 5mg.

Had the test that came back positive for Covid, but by the fourth day, I felt right as rain.

I've heard of black cumin seed oil, but never used it myself. Something else to look into.

I have been researching things that may be able to help neutralize the jab and its effects, but that's a whole different rabbit hole. The one component that does seem to come up though is shikimic acid.
