Actually Kenosha is more of a poor suburb of Chicago. Think of it as a colder version of Gary, Indiana.
I know, after boot camp at Great Mistakes, I spent much time in Kenosha drinking beer at many of the fine bar establishments that city had to offer. We went to Wisc to drink because back then the drinking age was 18 and in Illinois it was 21; what were enterprising sailors to do?
