The judge is likely a wicked Obama Judge so I fully expect a harsh sentence here.

Considering the costume and nonviolence of his conduct it’s plain that he was a protestor who should be protected by 1st and 2nd Amendments. Why isn’t the ACLU all over this? They could use some positive publicity!
