I didn’t find MLK Blvd but a real estate website (Neighborhood Scout, which tries to paint a rosy picture) says this,

The Metropolitan Pky SW / Cleveland Ave SW neighborhood also has a greater percentage of children living in poverty (74.7%) than found in 99.2% of all U.S. neighborhoods.
