The remedy is two-fold according to the lawyers accompanying Lindell on the trips to state capitols to persuade State AGs.

1. At least 20 State AGs have come on board to sue the United States under Articles II and IV of the Constitution.

a. Art. IV guarantees the States protection from invasion. The United States failed to do this as the state election infrastructure with the federal government was hacked and compromised. There is irrefutable evidence of this fact.

b. Art. II gives States plenary power over their Electors. States can and will decertify Electors appointed under circumstances of fraud. That is a state power, not a power for the federal government.

c. The US Supreme Court will examine the evidence and decide whether the 2020 election should be nullified.

If nullified, Biden is made illegitimate. The military has a duty to remove him. Not the joke-woke military, the command chain military. The Constitution describes a President and a Military. If there is no President nor Vice-President and an election is nullified, the 12th Amendment controls the process for electing the President.

2. The 20 State AGs may grow to 38 State AGs. 38 is the number of states necessary to ratify a Constitutional Amendment. An amendment may be required to save the Republic, allowing for States to impeach and remove a fraudulent President.

It only takes one State AG to have standing to sue. Why then 20? Ans. because 20 is on the way to 38.

Interestingly, Lindell and lawyers visited State AGs and many AGs were initially against any proposals to sue the United States. But then Lindell’s lawyers flashed on a screen the AG's passwords followed by irrefutable proof that the CCP hacked their State's election. Then, the AGs became aware this is war.

The names of the AGs filing the upcoming lawsuit are kept secret because they will suddenly die in accidents if they are known.
