Putting him in office now would effectively cost him a year of his second term and that's not right.

Just a hypothetical: Perhaps the 4-year "clock" would be reset. Seems like doing that would be the most logical way to go, in the event massive fraud is proven beyond doubt and decertification were to take place.

The Constitution sets the start and end of a presidential term. The term which began on January 20, 2021 ends on January 20, 2025 regardless of who is in the Oval Office.
