This Democrat Criminal Prosecution System is Deeply Immoral

A deliberate policy to fundamentally change the American legal system that leaves ordinary citizens defenseless under law.

One certain sign that a country has gone off the rails is when the governing power systematically imposes a criminal prosecution that is prepared to change laws and conditions to favor the criminals over law-abiding citizens and create an atmosphere that leaves them defenseless.

This frightening phenomenon is occurring throughout America, mainly in Democratic states and cities. It is happening so often that it represents a deliberate policy to fundamentally change the American legal system that leaves ordinary citizens defenseless under law.

In Massachusetts, prosecutors can seize your money and hold it indefinitely even if people are not accused of a crime.

Rachel Rollins is Biden’s nominee to be the next U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts. while serving as District Attorney for Suffolk County, where she declined to prosecute certain dangerous crimes and pushed for ‘reallocating' police funding.

Rollins was candid that she came into the job as an activist not as a constitutional lawyer. She wrote, “If you want to change the legal system you should become a prosecutor because you have the power to determine changes and what crimes to prosecute.”

I was in a terrible funk for nearly an entire day last week after seeing Kyle Rittenhouse testify about the shootings. It is a fact, and completely understandable, that he is experiencing PTSD, and will likely be scarred for life by this.

As I watched that young man become emotional and break down, it filled me with a furious, steaming anger.

If our elected officials (who we “legally” elected and pay money to do a job, who we expect to legally create laws our society will live under which will be enforced by Police systems they organize on OUR behalf to keep order) had done their DAMNED jobs, Kyle Rittenhouse would have never had a need that day to be where he was. He could have been resting at home on his day off from whatever job he had, reading a book, or having a good time driving somewhere in his car.

Instead, he did what many of us are going to be compelled to do when the Leftist organized disintegration of Law Enforcement and the deliberate destruction of legal statutes brings those burning dumpsters, vandalism, and personal violence to the point where we have burning dumpsters pushed up against our OWN front doors and WE have to protect OUR own people and property.

Kyle Rittenhouse was ahead of the curve, and is paying the price pioneers have to pay.

People who whine “He shouldn’t have been there” can go pound sand. They can whine all they want until they are forced into reality by a burning dumpster against the front of their house because they had the temerity to NOT post a “Black Lives Matter” sign in their front yard because the Left justifies that fully with their asinine “Silence Equals Violence” decree.

Over the last several years, we have seen government advocated violence from the Left, the true mark of tyranny. Kyle Rittenhouse and those with him stood up first. Mark my words. We are all going to have to eventually stand up or perish in the flames.
