I’ve spotted bobcats twice in the hills and mountains around the San Francisco Bay. Both were short glimpse, but saw the full cat. My wife once spotted a mountain lion on a trail and fortunately he took off in the other direction.
I have a daytime picture of a bobcat in our backyard. In town. Bird feeders will attract. Also have a stuffed bobcat from our deer lease in Texas. Also saw what I would bet on, a black panther type animal just after dusk, laying behind the brush where my hubby was setting. Took off like a shot when I walked up. Was not a deer.
