Also, what did they treat him with, specifically?

I’ve had patients who acquired the COVID virus soon after their first vaccine dose. They all recovered, but I’ve read of similar occurrences. Is it coincidence? I don’t know.

There is no valid test for "Covid".

Patients are falsely designated as contracting Covid when their immune system collapses in response to the injection.

The 'Delta" variant supposedly flooding hospitals is not respiratory illness, but is patients harmed by the vaccine. They just call it "covid" to push people to volunteer to be injected with the bioweapon.

Since his doctor pressured him to get the vaccine, we can be certain he likely was denied any medications designed to treat the respiratory illness(es) designated as "Covid". Instead, he was likely put on the CDC's lethal "COvid Protocol" which includes Remdesivir, sedation, immobilization, and intubation near the end. He was destroyed by the weaponized medical system piece at a time.

I think what's at issue here is the "one-size-fits-all" coercion for every person to receive these "vaccinations" without regard to individual medical considerations, most especially the mandates that force people to choose between putting bread on the table or risking fatal adverse reactions, preceded by tortorous medical protocols for the China Roulette losers which this man asserts were sequelae of the inoculation.

The usual painstaking research protocols and adverse-events reporting mechanisms that are normally in place for new drug development have been corrupted, ignored or swept aside. Federal and local governments have been actively forbidding affordable treatment or prevention options such as HCQ or Ivermectin and threatening medical professionals with loss of license for not participating in this mass coercion, while the "vaccine" developers are shielded from liability.

News media are stigmatizing the unvaxxed public and suppressing accurate reporting not only of adverse events, but also of the higher rate of covid hospitalizations among the vaxxed than the unvaxxed. That a member of the public felt compelled to use his obituary to document his adverse experience is indicative of systemic corruption in the U.S., top to bottom.
