I wonder if your friend actually had covid. My nose was clear the whole time, just couldn’t smell anything. The only way to be certain is to take the antibody test and mine was +.

I also went low carb in July, lost 35 lbs, and got covid anyway, so there goes another theory. Obesity is a risk factor so losing weight probably contributes to a milder disease course.

Don’t get discouraged by my bad luck. Keep up the D as it has many other benefits besides avoiding covid.

#2 — Here is a D3 trick. D3 should be taken w a meal that has oil in it. But even better. Get cod liver oil, it works synergistically with D3. Take your D3 with it on an empty stomach. BUT—Cod liver oil is best absorbed when it is mixed with a bit of lime or lemon juice. So get a teacup, add a tablespoon of cod liver oil. Cut 1/4 out of a lime or lemon. Squeeze it into your teacup. Eat the left over pulp. Emulsify the cod liver oil and lemon by vigorously mixing with a fork or chopstick.
Swallow your 5000-10000 unit D3 gel cap, and your fish oil gel cap, your DHEA gel cap. Chase it with your cod liver oil/emulsified w lemon or lime.

Thanks for the tips, but my D level is almost maxed so I’ll just keep doing the same.

I take a fish oil cap with 520mg of DHA/EPA 3 times daily. I like simplicity.

The only other “trick” besides low carb is intermittent fasting. There are a number of versions but it’s easy for me to just drink coffee with cream in the AM and fast until 3PM.

I tend to think of it as a vax regret list - they trusted people they should have been able to trust, and then discovered the lies.

I urge people not to get ‘vaccinated’ to keep their job. The vaccine will take almost up to and including lives, so getting ‘vaxxed’ isn’t really keeping the job. I’ve watched so many videos of people in constant pain, too sick to work. Or those who simply died abruptly - so I think it’s a false perception that you can get the vax to make your life ok. Those driving the Plandemic will make sure we’re not okay, no matter how many ‘boosters’ it takes.
