When we are thoroughly sick and tired of the muzzle theater and have, as a people, pretty much resolved we won't be tricked again, that is the time for China to unleash a very deadly virus that has initially mild symptoms after a long infectious period, followed by the the deadly phase.
The powers that be have cried wolf to an imaginary wolf loudly enough and long enough that when we stop listening, the real wolf can easily spread far and wide unimpeded.
Expect China to be a black hole of data. Their vaccinated population will ride out the storm largely unaffected, and they will then have a greater Lebensraum, a whole largely unpopulated planet all their own...
