They only require testing for people admitted to a hospital or for deceased persons who presented signs of COVID infection.
The CDC, the Cleveland Clinic, and a third mathematical model created by one of the major Boston hospitals, all agree that the USA has had at least 120 million COVID infections.
That number indicates that the COVID fatality rate - at worst - is 0.63% in the USA.
