Oh I imagine you are totally correct. However, 2020 was fraud without the bother of attempting a decent concealer.
That's because nothing has ever been done about the wide-spread fraud. When you allow criminals to get away with their crimes, and refuse to go after them, or hold anyone accountable, those same criminals are emboldened to commit even more brazen crimes, knowing nothing will ever happen to them.
