But you have illustrates the notion of hearing hoof beats and thinking zebra first.And yet, for people that live near zebras, they likely ALL associate a hoofbeat moreso with zebras than any other ungulate. It's not a matter of cherry-picking data, it's a matter of comparing it to personal experiences.
Also, she may not deal with that particular subject all the time as a nurse, and it's easy to mix up minor details on stuff like that. Ignoring that alcohol does affect the kidney also. Sure, the liver's the usual popular target, but kidneys are hit too.
