In after gutting and replacing the shower sub-floor and gutting the second bedroom ceiling (in NH). A horrifyingly disgusting job, 7 contractor bags full of ceiling tile, insulation and mouse feces. Yuck.

I know that job. It will be worth the work and it sucks in the beginning. And it’s also one place I actually wear a mask.
What are you replacing the ceiling tile with? I have a basement full of it and hate it.
And here I was so proud of myself yesterday for replacing the insides of a toilet that wasn’t refilling and finding no leaks afterwards!
