I’ve gone through the bill as it stands after reconciliation and see absolutely nothing about a tax on property at the federal level above and beyond property taxes.
If someone could point it out, that’d be great.

Thanx for going thru it. It has 421 mentions of the word property so nice patience.
Up until recently, I didn’t think it was important as the feds pretty much couldn’t get at property to tax it unless it’s maybe section 8 qualified.
Then it started to get a lot of play here and elsewhere from mostly righty sites...some even cited pages and sections which turned out to be wrong.
I was searching for that last night. All the sites that debunked were lefty.
I used “biden 3% federal housing tax” as a search.
thanx again...if you hear anything, ping me and I will you.
thank you !
I looked here...https://waysandmeans.house.gov/sites/democrats.waysandmeans.house.gov/files/documents/NEAL_032_xml.pdf
pages 30 - 70, and did not see it as noted in https://t.me/WeTheMedia/40255?single
Perhaps I am not looking at the correct document. Or was misled —sorry.

SB dug thru the reconciliation bill and couldn’t find anything in there about a fed property tax.
