Yup, I know about Betadine, used to have to scrub myself with it till I was raw at work.

It’s easy... you buy 10% povidoine iodine at the drugstore, and mix 1 fluid oz of it to 9 OZ of water. Buy a saline nasal spray bottle at the drugstore, empty it out and fill it with the 1% solution.
