Such a move by the Biden administration would be...words simply do not exists for that level of lunacy. And I doubt Biden himself is even aware of such a plan.

Line 5 is actually two pipelines, one for crude oil, one for Natural Gas Liquids.

Solar and wind cannot supply the energy needs of this industrialized nation. Shutting down oil, gas and coal will throw us into a dark, cold night.
And he knows that. It is his intention. When we are all shivering by candlelight, he thinks we will be ready to accept the full totalitarian future he and his party have prepared for us.
He and the ruling elite will eat steaks and drink French champagne in toasty warm rooms with bright chandeliers, while we eat caterpillars and scrape sticks together to start fires.
Big question: will there be enough electricity to power the vaccine passport smartphones?

The techs who would have to actually shutdown the pipeline could simply refuse. Force the demo-commies to use force to shut it down. Might wake up the demo-commie voters in the states supplied by the pipeline. Especially this winter.

A Line 5 shutdown would put Ohio refineries at risk. The closure of one of those refineries could result in the loss of $5.4 billion in annual economic output to Ohio and southeast Michigan, and the loss of thousands of direct and contracted skilled trades jobs. A Line 5 shutdown would, to varying degrees, compromise crude supply to 10 refineries in the region, directly affecting fuel prices. There are no options for replacing the volume of light crude delivered by Line 5; rail can provide less than 10% of that volume. A Line 5 shutdown puts at least 15% of northwest Ohio’s fuel supply at risk, as well as more than half of the jet fuel supplies for the Detroit Metro Airport. There is absolutely no reason why any sane person, who does not have ill intent, would even consider shutting down this pipeline. No practical reason whatsoever.

Bite your fat tongue. WE voted for no such thing. Biden did not win here in reality. There are still many Trump signs up.

Will Michigan see this for what it is? An Act of War against the State.
Where does DC and surrounding areas get thier Oil, Gas,.. from?? Maybe these companies should reallocate thier products.

Excellent point. The massive economic impact, not only to Michigan, but to the country would be devastating. Anyone who manufactures or distributes goods In that state will at best be hit with massive Price increases in at worst fuel shortages preventing them from manufacturing or getting their goods to market which will quickly cascade throughout the entire country.

I seriously have to wonder if some of the people behind the scenes in the Biden White House are actively looking to destroy his presidency, not that he is any good at it to begin with, for personal political gains. I really can’t think of another reason for some of these actions.
They already know he’s deeply unpopular in doubling down seems like it is just going to purposely throw him under the bus.
