Simple solution for me. If the establishment demand a vaxx passport, they aren't getting my business...now or in the future. I pay a premium price for not having to cook and do dishes. Don't want the business, fine. I can do better for 25% of the cost.

As an addendum, I'm not a CA resident. The only reason to be in CA would be for a business trip. If a vaxx passport is required to eat out...which is the only alternative on a business trip...I will inform the parties that I will not be making the trip. Too bad for the hotel, car rental and restaurants that will be losing the business travel.
