I don’t know the specific answer to your question, but if I owned a bar or restaurant I would have one trusted employee be the “checker” and their instruction would be to _pretend_ to look at vaccination ID but not to _really_ look at it or do anything about it.

They would also be instructed not to share this information with other employees or customers, just do it “on the down low” so Nanzi snitches can’t snitch.

Unfortunately one OSHA employee comes in and finds out the check is not thorough enough and you’re fined. They’ve been doing this for years with liquor stores and ID checks.
