Washington (CNN) Steve Bannon's aggressive campaign to undermine American democracy didn't stop on January 6.
Bannon, a bellicose right-wing nationalist who served as White House chief strategist under President Donald Trump in 2017, is fighting a subpoena from the House committee investigating the January 6 attack on the US Capitol. The Justice Department is contemplating whether to act on the House's vote to hold Bannon in criminal contempt of Congress.
At the same time, Bannon continues to host a popular podcast that is one of the country's most important promoters of the very stolen-election lies that incited the January 6 mob.

Glanced through this histrionic screed expecting to see CNN warning of impending suicide bombers or airline hijackings
But turns out that the “danger” is nothing more than Bannon encouraging Americans to become involved in low level election functions (the kind currently held by legions of liberals).
In other words — CNN thinks it is “dangerous” for people who don not share its left wing ideology to become involved in politics.

You are absolutely correct about this and CNN is just now figuring it out. There is no other source of information that hits all of the important issues we are facing today. Steve Bannon is a master strategist who has become the center of conservatism in the same way Rush Limbaugh did in the 1990's.
The political magnetic poles shifted during the previous decade. The old "Paul Ryan" paradigm of fake conservatism was revealed as the fraud it always was. The new political right is based around conservative originalist principles and traditional social values. The libertarian economic policies that led to half century of stagnant wages and the rise of a monopolistic oligarchy have been replaced by an populist nationalism that puts America and its citizens first.
This was Steve Bannon's strategy. It created the coalition President Trump won two terms with and brought us to the best economy in 50 years before the pandemic. The next objective is the overthrow of the Chinese Communist Party and rest of the global elite. I wouldn't bet against him.
I’m not sure why anyone who had watched CNN’s comic effort to push the thoroughly debunked and criminal “Russiagate” jihad for 4 years would now turn to them for sage political advice on Steve Bannon. Quite the opposite in fact. They have been irrefutably wrong on everything political happening in the country for years and even their most brainwashed viewers must be getting tired of being conned 24/7. Maybe they should tune into Warroom and see for themselves if there might be more useful information on this podcast.

I think media outlets like CNN are becoming jealous of Bannon.
For one thing, He has a larger audience than they do.
Both in some degree preach to their choirs ....but Bannon’s choir is larger and is growing by the minute.
CNN and other MSM outlets usually do not come to the attention of the great unwashed anymore and when they do they often deservedly become the object of ridicule.

It is strange how very few watch CNN, around 800K per primetime and their opinion matters SO much. Quite honestly, only mentally defective people can watch CNN for more than a few minutes. I wonder where they derive their authority to criticize Bannon and the many others that open discuss the stolen election, when CNN hasn’t investigated one iota. All they do is suppress and call Trump names.
