First of all, if they're so excited about the bill you can bet they're excited because it contains a lot of pork which will end up in their own pockets. When they talk about "tax cuts for the rich", they mean tax cuts for everyone including the rich. When they talk about raising taxes on the rich, they're really talking about raising taxes on everyone including the poor. Who's going to pay for all this money they're spending? The poor, mostly.
