Sounds like the HOOKWORM is back! All those years of teaching Ozark hillbillies to wear shoes and not step in dog poop paid off till now.

If I remember, to kill hookworm infections, you swallow a dose of Epsom salts which cleans you out, then take a poison mixture.
After 30 minutes you are given a dose of Epsom salts. and it cleans out the poison.

Then 30 days later, do it again and you are clean.
