Cities that you don't need to drive in, IMO, tolerable. Even enjoyable if you can avoid the rif raf.

Cities like where I live (Phoenix) that need driving have become pure hell.

Never a driving issue here I’ve run into unless a car accident. Straight shot to everything you need. I can’t imagine living in a better place for me.
