I agree with your friends, sorry. I loved Trump’s time in office, but he needs to be the elder statesmen and not the pit bull in the White House. He would serve America better by building an alternative to the current big tech platforms, giving us free speech again.
DeSantis is the best option going forward based upon his actions as Governor, and he already has an executive team working for him. No need to rely on the options provided by the deep state likeTrump did.

I'll always give credit for what Trump did with making MAGA a viable political movement but it's time to pass the torch to someone younger, more focused and disciplined to carry this movement forward.
I understand your friends not wanting Trump to run again.

Trump will still have plenty of votes to pancake Desantis in the 2024 Republican Primary.

Stone has been a clown show for decades. He’s done some admirable things, e. g., was beyond loyal to PDJT. But oppose DeDantis — that’s just crazy talk. He’s knows he’d never win but wants the face time in front of cameras.
I was surprised "Medical-MJ" appeared in a 2016 Florida Constitution ballot question. It's as though all Florida voters were on drugs. (Not just my county).

IMO, TRUMP isn’t done with his assignment. He looks more fit today than when he first ran for President.
I think Stone needs to sit down for a while, gaze at the heavens, and count his lucky stars. In spite of everything he experienced, he came out of it alive. A lot of people from different walks of life, even our unsuspecting troops in Afghanistan, didn’t fare as well against the ruling monsters. Maybe not running for office is the best move.
