What does that even mean? I told you exactly what it was -- a criminal referral. It's not my fault that you apparently have no idea what that means. It is a legal request you send to the Department of Justice requesting them to open an investigation into suspected criminal activity. Paul did it back in July, specifically noting that by lying to Congress, Fauci had violated, among other thigns, 18 U.S.C. Section 2001.

You guys seem to be under the very mistaken impression that a member of Congress like Paul has some sort of legal authority to arrest people. HE DOESN'T. He wrote that referral to the DOJ because that is the most he can do. It isn't his fault that the DOJ refused even to investigate Fauci, much less prosecute him.
I looked at your video anyway, and it was some guy listing all the laws Fauci violated. Ok, so how is that any different at all from what Paul is doing? Your guy is screaming from the rooftops that Fauci violated the law, Paul is screaming from the rooftops that Fauci violated the law, but neither of them has the authority to arrest or prosecute Fauci. The only people in government who have the legal authority to arrest and prosecute Fauci for that is the Department of Justice, which is controlled by Biden and his ilk.
That is the legal reality you appear unable to grasp.

My impression is that Fauci’s handlers took him to the woodshed after his last embarrassing performances when he all but threw a temper fit over Paul’s accusations.
He was much more measured this time, and quick to rely on his prepared remarks.

The OSHA order was issued literally just today. How did Rand Paul grilling Fauci about Covid going back months prevent him or anyone else from fighting an OSHA mandate that was just issued today.
Furthermore, lawsuits have already been filed against the OSHA mandate. So exactly what else do you expect Paul to have done about the (just issued) OSHA rule that would have made a shred of difference?

Did you take even a basic civics class...ever? Impeachment happens in the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. Rand Paul is a SENATOR. If the House (currently led by Nancy Pelosi and her Democrat majority) ever did impeach Biden (zero chance of that happening), then Paul and other Senators would try the impeachment. But until then, Paul can legally do NOTHING to remove Biden from office.
