Something similar happened around here a while back. An idiot with a modded Mustang rear ended another vehicle and killed a litle girl and put her grandmother in a wheelchair for the rest of her life. He is white, wasn’t drunk, and didn’t have a gun with him.
He spent several years in jail.

Having spent many hours on the various German Autobahn’s, that speed is not necessarily dangerous. Nevada has some very straight and lightly traveled roads where high speed could be reasonably applied.
However, this guy was wasted. A blood alcohol level of 2.+ something. In Germany, that would get you jailed. High speed requires responsibility and attention.
They are called the National Felon League for a reason.
