Here is the real VA election website (vs the 501(C)3) you posted). There are still 131 precincts that have not reported results.

They are still counting and it is very close for AG (35,000 votes) and Lt Gov (58,000 votes).

Dems still hold the House of Delegates by 1 seat unless one of the GOP moves back into the lead.

By statute they wont certify until the 5th which is the deadline for receiving absentee ballots.

I wont trust the win until the final certification.
