New Jersey: 80% of the vote is in, and Bergen County did post vote-by-mail results with 20k going to Phil Murphy, giving him a ‘boost’ (MSNBC). Ciattarelli holds a 5k vote lead.
They reiterate many counties haven’t listed VBM results that will ‘likely help Murphy’.
As of right now, the final count for Bergen county looks like this:

52.20% • 114824 votes
Murphy DEM
47.31% • 104077 votes
Not according to the State’s election totals.
also Murphy is only behind 20K with mostly blue vote to go

Bergen County clerk election results. Exhibit A for why we are not sure what is going on with the New Jersey election. There may be 50,000+ uncounted VBMs in this county alone where Murphy could have a sizable advantage (maybe near 2:1).
