They are hedging...9:30 the algorithm kicks in and between 11:15-11:30 the vote drop happens. Maybe they’re thinking the commies won’t be able to slough off 600,000 votes dropping at once with believability. Guess Youngkin wouldn;t take a payoff like the others the last 3 times.

This is why campaigns should be permitted to conclude before anyone votes - early voting has to stop.
Banning early voting affects each major party equally, it’s not a partisan issue.

Seen this plenty of times before. They always dump in Fairfax county last, which swings the vote to the Dems. Plus, vote by mail ballots which were probably harvested.
