How about that horseback whipping investigation?
November 2, 2021 | Self

The investigation by the DHS into the September incident with Border Patrol agents on horseback was said to take "days." Well it's now "months" and no word.

Where is Secretary Mayorkas on this?

What's the status of the reassigned BP agents who are "going to pay"?

I really want to see this garbage report.

I imagine it’s in the same stage as the overdue SCOTUS Report on whether Brandon should stack the court.

It’s been “scrubbed & sanitized” from DHS computers.

It gets worse. The horse was taking Ivermectin.

In the Border Patrol anyone who is accused is presumed guilty. A vehicle is found damaged guess what you are guilty if you drove it last, an alien loses a cell phone you must have taken it, an alien claims missing money you took even if they can’t prove they ever had money. So it was not unusual for these agents to be declared guilty.

Obviously we all know that they are innocent of the charge of whipping people and DHS knows this too, but they now have to decide what they are guilty of. They will find something, it may not be much but the agents will have been found to violate some little known policy.

I knew a agent who was falsely accused of something and it was obvious he was innocent. The investigation dragged on for around a year and in the end he was reprimanded for buying a coffee on duty. Everyone buys coffee on duty but apparently there is a policy against buying anything on duty. Of course there is always the catch all charge of conduct unbecoming.
