From a legal perspective, this was probably not a good thing to say. Kinda like Alec Baldwin saying "I recently learned that some of the ammo on set was actually live".
I hope there is a lawsuit so that this ridiculous claim can be tested in court. Good luck trying to prove that not being “vaccinated” somehow endangered others. Maybe the real science will finally get a hearing.

Stueber died after he was quarantined for two days in a Detroit hotel with COVID.
And after he faked his vaccine card and declined treatment
Sad that he declined medical attention. Probably would have survived. RIP.
Who knows what he actually died from.
IF Stueber died at the hotel, it might require an in depth autopsy. If at a hospital, the attending physician(s) should know.
The poor devil likely could have been saved by monoclonals if given in time. :-(
