That’s a dose suitable for around 300lb or so.
I know treatment dose is higher than prophylactic dose. Exposure dose may be, as well.

The 72hr gap is good as that would allow the liver to process the IVM.
High sustained levels of IVM might be hard for your liver.
It would show up early as an increased serum aminotransferase level which points to hepatic inflammation... however, I believe serious liver damage is rare... and I think the recommended dosages for use with covid are unlikely to lead to problems.
Take enough but not way too much and space the doses out.
Ivermectin has a good safety record, if you are symptomatic from covid why not try ivermectin? and if you are at great risk from covid then taking it as a prophylactic seems reasonable...
If you are in a high-risk group then taking the prophylactics recommended by FLCCC seems wise, and at the
first sign of symptoms immediately seek out monoclonal antibody infusion.
