Along the lines of the letter & people being cowards, I keep hearing even those on Kyle’s side, prefacing their tepid support with things like “he shouldn’t have been there” or “I don’t know what made him think it was a good idea to go out there” before saying that he didn’t deserve to get what happened to him.

Of course, the only reason there is a media cry for more black jurors is because they realize the facts of the case are not on their side.
Mainstream journalists genuinely believe that only black people are dumb and emotional enough to vote against the facts.
It’s an insult.

The majority of the jury is white in a case that involves 4 white people in a majority white country and the media is upset about it.
Journalism in this country reaches a new level of asininity.
I’m glad to hear your hubby is handling it.
In a case like yours my hubby would be doing the same.
However, he doesn’t suffer fools and if he got the impression that they weren’t being honest or just putting him off he might just come unglued.
Hubby is slow to anger, very patient but he has his limits.
We had a blockage in our plumbing pipes going to the street, plumber came and said he unblocked it, gave us a hefty bill and left.
Had same problem, called the company and hubby talked very nicely to the owner who said they would come back and just charge us for the use of the thing used to unblock, gave hubby the price which he agreed to.
Plumber came, finally unblocked and presented hubby with a bill 4 times what was agreed upon.
Hubby said you better call the owner and get this straightened out, plumber did but was not happy and let hubby know.
Hubby said you should have done your job correctly in the 1st place and if you want any referrals from us you better not say any more. I don’t think he said that in his nice voice.

HD is being pretty responsive. This last time they got wood delivered to us direct from the factory. And put us at the head of the line for installation.
Who knew 2 colors of wood would show up? That’s on the Bruce Hardwood people.

Farm update.....big old turkey attacked by a fox last night. My SIL thought he could save the old guy.....stopped the bleeding when he found him this morning, gave him shots of painkillers and antibiotics, but he died. That old guy could hardly waddle along any more, but he always protected his girlfriends. Poor old thing was over 60 pounds and would spit at you and puff up if you got near his girls, but he was pretty special. Sad to see him meet such a miserable demise.
We were told when we bought our flooring that every lot, even though labeled by the same name, could be a slightly different color.
Could that have something to do with why your flooring didn’t match?
So they will be sending more flooring and hopefully it all will match?
Can we blame Bye-done for screwing up the supply chain?
