There’s a lot to wade through there. It’s a very fast-moving discussion thread. I think Dr Dmitry Kats has a website, as well, but can’t find it at the moment. Also I’m pinging numberonepal, who may have some files to share that consolidate info more succinctly. Also, he has a thread right here on FR:

You might want to skip past the first couple hundred posts, as the protocol has evolved, mainly to use much less melatonin than was recommended in the beginning.
