Without explaining Democracy, Socialism, or Communism I summarize the Progressive agenda this way :
The Progressive Movement advocates allowing the government to enact legislation and rules that the Constitution disallows.

There are darker and more sinister forces driving the clueless fool in the White House, who is the perfect fall guy and front man for the complete and transparent destruction of America. The concern is that these monsters are operating in total anonymity and will walk away unscathed and unaccountable when our country is in ruins. It’s important we know who they are and their role in the catastrophe that is Clueless Joe’s reign.
That's why a Libertarian state has always been a pipe dream, and why conservatives have failed to conserve anything long term.
It took a populist like Trump to shake things up and it will take a strongman to put things right. Not something we should be happy about, but human nature being what it is that's the best we can hope for.
“Progressive” is the road to Hell which is paved with some lesser evils to accomplish a greater imagined good.
