There are other sweet treats. Actually MILK chocolate (aka diluted chocolate) is horrible for you, but real chocolate (aka ‘dark chocolate’) is VERY healthy. I use a metal bowl and pot as a ‘double boiler’ to melt down dark bars and after adding nuts spread it out to cool and you’ve got a tasty and healthy treat sans communism.

Most chocolate makes me cough violently (Undiagnosed GERD). Milk chocolate, not so much. Why is milk chocolate horrible for you? I can’t imagine, in moderation, that any chocolate is that bad.
