I use youtube-dl which requires typing in commands in a terminal but I also run Linux which always has a command line program pre-installed and you end up getting fairly comfortable using it. They do have a windows version though.
youtube-dl -F https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgMfOJPeV9A
That would give me a list of all the formats available along with a 2-3 digit code for each. YouTube hosts many file formats and quality levels.

That would just download the highest quality mp4 - video with audio. The code for that is 18.

That’s what I used to download the audio only mp3 file and 140 is the code for the second largest mp3 file. Those codes remain constant so 18 is always the largest, highest quality video+audio file and 140 is always the second highest quality audio only file.
youtube-dl can download videos from hundreds websites and will also download a video embedded on a web page from one of those hundreds of websites. For some reason, bitchute support broke so someone created bitchute-dl for downloading from there. Same exact commands as youtube-dl because he basically just tweaked their open source code.
