An anomaly response team continues to work on establishing what caused the solar array to not fully deploy...Any attempt to safely redeploy the array would occur no earlier than Nov. 16...All other systems are functioning normally.

High earth orbit, in its interplanetary flight already, or low earth orbit?
I have not heard about a problem on this satellite before.
Cant have a screw-up as critical as this other than engine loss.
That is a good question.
The official NASA Timeline diagram looks like just one Earth orbit before the slingshot toward its first Jupiter Lagrange Point.
However, I checked four sources, and I cannot find any text that confirms just one orbit.
In two years, it returns for another Earth slingshot toward a second Lagrange point that trails Jupiter.
