To: Dr. Franklin

I’m just asking questions so everybody calm down. I don’t know the population of the particular prison he’s talking about and how many inmates have non felony convictions, so therefore can vote. But wouldn’t they all have the same address and phone number, ie the prison address and phone number?
So what’s the scandal?

Never heard of a prison that holds 23,000 let alone if they all didn’t vote the population would need to be bigger than that. The prison I work at holds 700.

The entire jail population in Wisconsin is near 21,000 and no one jail has a capacity over 2000.
