These RINOs stay on the sidelines because there is a deal in place. Most if not all Federal elections are prearranged. Who sits in the office does not matter to the Deep State, as long as its agenda moves forward.

Left-liberals who celebrate one of "their own" winning office usually end up just as disappointed as we are by RINOs - when "their own" inevitably votes for the same huge bills filled with defense spending, Orwellian security restrictions, and massive pork.

These people supported Bernie the last two cycles, but there was no chance the Deep State was going to allow a Bernie (or Trump) anywhere near real power.
