Lindell won't be filing for a writ of quo warranto with SCOTUS. That will be one or more state AGs. I would expect that every state AG that filed an amicus brief in the Texas v. Pennsylvania case will join the petition. That's would be a lot of states for SCOTUS to ignore on such an important issue.
