I find anonymous threats to be cowardly, and I am not advocating literal assassination of our current enemies of the democracy. As a thought experiment: Had good people gotten rid of Hitler, Stalin, Mao, et al, early in their careers, would millions of innocent lives have been saved and the world made a much better place? Obviously, yes. The problem is that activity of that sort without the benefit of hindsight becomes a slippery slope.
