Legal minds correct me if I am wrong.

By your company accepting the responsibility of determining whether your religious exemption request is “religious” enough, they have now accepted the responsibility of violating your constitutional rights.

Save your documentation and let them fire you. Get an attorney and prepare for a huge settlement.

Exactly. I also got pulled off project for the first time in my career the day after I submitted the exemption request by my project manager, whom I know to be a day hard Democrat.

I sent them the definition of a religious exemption, which includes sincere beliefs and does not need to mention anything else. They have their half pound of flesh and they will get no more.
