I've seen the document that my son is required to sign in order to receive the "religious exemption".. It says, in effect, my religien doesn't allow "ANY" vaccinations.. That, of course, is not the case.. It's the DNA,RNA shot that's in question here..
As far as know they have not allowed any modification of the form in any way... Bummer.... :(
