"5 to 11" is a reference with many meanings... first off, is the DOD War manual sections on notice. Another is the reference to 'V for Vendetta' and "Remember, Remember, the fifth of November".
Just watched the movie (obviously based on the comic book). Alan Moore (writer of cb) is talented but also a communist and that movie was aimed at Thatcher supporters but found it’s true target in 2020’s leftists as those are the anti-freedom and pro-big government folks.
