.
Yes, but beyond that he’s a horrible human being.
Diva Baldwin.
.
How many movies have you worked on?
The cinematographer was standing NEXT to the camera, not behind it.
The cameraman operates the camera and is behind the camera.
The cinematographer wasn’t behind the camera when Baldwin blasted her in the chest.
They will charge Colt, Winchester, Remington, etc.
He will be forced to do community service: lecturing us on the evils of guns ad infinitum.
But there is supposed to be a thick sheet of lexan guarding the camera.
Is she the bitchy one who was on the 911 call? Not surprised.
So you’re saying he should have shot the camera? But he missed and shot the chick? Super poor marksmanship at best and he should be arrested just for that. But I have yet to see/hear a clear description of what the gun was that he was mis-using. One genius said it was a “period” piece but just what period was that? I’ll know what the problem is/was as soon as I see a clear description of the firearm.
“He pulled pulled back the hammer, aimed at her chest and pulled the trigger and blasted her.”
Yep. No matter what else did or did not happen, the responsibility lies solely with Baldwin.
That’s the point that needs to be hammered home.
L
The only question that matters is who was holding it when they pulled the trigger and it killed a woman.
According to this report, he was already arrested for first degree murder among other charges, and a gag order on the arrest was issued.
Not sure if accurate.... curious if anyone can confirm or refute.
The gun was supposed to have a blank. Is that news to you?
Where did you find that rule?
Garbage! They weren’t even filming when he pulled the stunt. Hope they drug tested the bozo. His recent social media antics indicate he’s on something.
“Baldwin was aiming towards the camera lens because that’s the view that the director wanted to capture.
Well isn’t that special. Baldwin was supposed to point the gun at the camera lens and you’ve proven that he can’t aim.
Apparently “rehearsal” isn’t included in your knowledge base
Someone movie crew type on a youtube video. I doubt I could find it again.
That could be a union policy or a procedure that some production companies choose. The film shoot where this happened had union crew members walk off over safety concerns. I heard the head electrician name the armorer and the asst director as being directly responsible for the tragedy. He had been standing right next to the cinematographer when it happened. She essentially died while he was trying to keep her from bleeding out.
Hi Pelham!!
But they were rehearsing. You don’t pull the trigger. You don’t point at the camera without a ballistic shield. Oh, and without the humans moving out of the line of fire. So much gross negligence.
