I'm not disagreeing with you. I thought I said that?
It's the phone (distance is next to your head) that needs to be looked into not the tower. Did the phones frequency change with the 5 G? I do not know.

Only Verizon, which has a higher gHz spectrum. All the others are reusing the same spectrum, but 5G lets a lot more data through the same bands.
