Did you know that 'mortality rate' is not the same as 'individual mortality'? So your 'fly to Japan' nonsense is just that. Nonsense.
Once a person flies to Japan, he joins Japan's 'morality rate' and Japan's overall mortality rate moves up or down some percentage, depending on many factors.
