As to the CDC data I literally don't know if it makes sense or not. That's it. I don't know. I haven't seen the underlying data so I don't know. Why does that matter to you? Make your own judgement. You don't need to rely on me.
But as to the author's misstatement of the the CDC's conclusion, I have all the facts I need. I read the CDC's conclusion and I read the author's lie about what the CDC said and I can see it's a lie. If it's not a lie, fly to Japan and instantly lower your risk of heart disease.
